These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by SiteFixer, a trading name of HIPPOGLOW LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16680787). By purchasing a service or working with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
 

1. Our Services
 

SiteFixer offers professional website redesign and new site build services for clients using platforms such as Wix and Shopify. Each project is quoted as a one-off service unless additional work or add-ons are agreed separately.
 

We aim to deliver high-quality, visually polished, and functional websites that align with your goals and brand.
 

2. Pricing and Payment
 

Our standard website redesign service is priced between £399 and £499, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Larger or custom projects may be quoted separately.
 

Full payment is required upfront before work begins. Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, PayPal, or an approved manual invoice.
 

3. Project Timeline
 

Most projects are completed within 5–7 working days from the date we receive full payment and all necessary content (such as logos, images, and text). Larger or more complex projects may take longer, and we’ll always agree timelines with you before starting.
 

4. Revisions and Additional Work
 

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

Further revisions or major changes to the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be discussed before any extra work is undertaken.
 

5. Client Responsibilities
 

You agree to provide all relevant materials, information, and access details needed to complete your project. Delays in providing this information may extend delivery times.
 

If you’d like us to help source images or visual assets, we can do so, but you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring any content you provide or approve does not infringe third-party rights. SiteFixer accepts no liability for copyright or intellectual property issues arising from materials supplied or approved by the client.
 

Once your project is complete and approved, final files or website access will be delivered to you.
 

6. Refunds and Cancellations
 

Because our services involve creative and digital work that begins quickly after payment, we do not offer refunds once work has started. If you wish to cancel before any work has begun, you can contact us at nicky@sitefixer.co.uk to discuss your options.
 

7. Ownership and Liability
 

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and related deliverables passes to you.
 

SiteFixer is not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms (such as Wix or Shopify), hosting providers, or integrations outside of our direct control.
 

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific project.
 

8. Confidentiality
 

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with anyone outside of our business, except as required by law or with your explicit permission.
 

9. Legal Framework
 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the English courts.
